Welcome to Era of Sepia! By accessing or using this game, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the game.

1. License and Use
   We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to play Era of Sepia for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or resell any part of the game.

   • Use cheats, bots, or unauthorized third-party software
   • Harass, threaten, or abuse other players
   • Exploit bugs or glitches
   • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
   We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
3. Virtual Goods and Purchases
   Era of Sepia may offer virtual items or in-game currency for purchase. These have no real-world value and are non-refundable, unless required by law. We may change, remove, or limit these items at our discretion.
